Anissa was just introduced in season 2 of Invincible, she has been anticipated by fans for quite a while and now that she's been introduced there has been a lot of talk about how powerful she is, even if she is more powerful than Omni Man...

Both of them were holding back. Both Omni Man and Anissa weren't trying to kill Mark, just beat sense into him to get him to see things their way. Mark is Nolan's son, but he was left in a coma and in the recovery ward for weeks, having been spared by a thread. Anissa just treated him like a viltrumite that she needs to keep in line, and Mark just gets back up with a few injuries.

I think Anissa wins at speed but not strength or skill. Nolan is also older and more experienced. So, out of 10 rounds I'd say she wins 3-4 depending on how Nolan fights.

“Anissa beat mark way harder than Omni man” I mean just look at the aftermath of both fights. Plus mark hit 0 meaningful punches in either fight. So it’s either equal at best or Omni man beat him worse.

Mark was unconcious for weeks with nearly fatal injuries after Omni Man, he walked away from his fight with Anissa with a couple scrapes and bruises, HOW did she beat Mark worse than Omni Man???

If I remember correctly anessa isn't a pure bred like omni man. On top of that, she is less than half his age, which for a race that grows stronger, the more they age means he is going to not only be naturally stronger but have the age advantage.
Technically Mark is more pure bred than Anessa but when Anessa was born, There was still a version of the Roman Empire on earth.

I feel like Cecil is trying to get Mark to fight as much as he can so hopefully he develops his Viltrumite abilities quicker

All this aside, I still can't believe the voice actor for Anissa also voiced Wraith in Apex.

Nolan: dude was basically on vacation. He was like "yeah I'll take a brake for a few decades, live the married man life, and let my son live his life before resuming my mission IF i'm lucky enough he's no Viltrumite". Therefore, I really really doubt he EVER pushed himself more than a 20% in anything he ever did on Earth, including his speed of flight. On top of that, it would make sense for him to intentionally downplay his capabilities to the likes of Cecil and the Guardians, so they could really never grasp his true strenght: it's just strategically sound reasoning, and the dude has thousands of years of experience to male strategically sound choices.
Finally, when he was fighting Mark he literally was just trying to convince him: kinda like the Viltrumite equivalent of a "stern slap on the wrist". Most probably he knew that he could push Mark in the "deep end" in terms of injury because he just knows Viltrumite biology: he knew Mark would make a full recovery in a matter of a couple weeks.

And then we have Anissa.
Like Nolan, she too is not trying to kill Mark, but just convince him, but UNLIKE Nolan Mark is not her son: is not a "stern slap on the wrist", she is trying to make a subordinate (as she probably sees him) to OBEY. It's literally her mission, given to her by the General. And failed spectacularly at that, not injuring Mark nearly enough to even keeping him on the ground for more than a couple minutes. Granted, this last part might be because also Mark has become himself a lot stronger.

Take also into consideration the enviromental damage during both fights.
Anissa dropkicked Mark from hundreds of meters in the sky to the ground, wich caused a crater that was not much larger than probably 5/8 mt across; Nolan gave a single punch to Mark that shook an entire mountain good enough to cause avalanches.

So yeah... Considering everything, I genuinely think is no contest. Like... Not at all. Like Nolan vs Anissa would be just a curbstomp. Nolan was SHOWN to make MUCH more damage (environmentally speaking) while fighting his son to convince him, and also a probable "rust" factor to take in consideration. Anissa did far less damage while also being (allegedly) proporionally a lot more "serious" in her intent of subjugating Mark.

I might be wrong, and the considerations presented in this video probably are much more balanced, but just based on what we have seen in the shows I really think is no contest at all. I Nolan ever decided to fight Anissa with his "serious face" on, Anissa just would be without answer and probably would be able to do anything at all.

Nolan was a viltrumite with numerous achievements, even conquest consider challenging him was more fun and interesting (imo)
