HUAWEI watch GT 2 pro Unboxing and Review

I had troubles with my watch from day 1. It didn't register my hartrate well. I have the GT81 and the GT2e both measuring the same. I brought it back to the shop, expecting that they would exchange it for another GT2pro, since it was not one week in my hands. Instead they didn't believe me, it took me a while before I could convince them there was something wrong with the watch. Then they said they would send it to "the" service center. When I asked for receipt they said it would not be necessary. I insisted and then they made one for me. Now six weeks later I'm still waiting for a phone call. This all is in Thailand. I bought the watch at Bananas IT in Hua Hin and I don't know who to blame: the service staff, Huawei. Don't know.
