Liverpool L1 property value down 13% last year and down over 30% in the last few years. I recently moved there, and I was considering to buy, but I'm very reluctant now. The city is super depressive, nobody around after 6pm, only students around, restaurant pretty much empty. I ask myself where employees actually are?
