Ch 13 news that ran from 6:30 - 7 PM had a different short clip of Chief McClelland that has to be found and aired. He was more emotional than in this clip and spoke about officers getting bad coverage lately and there's no one to tell them they are doing a good job.  13 hasn't posted it to their site yet.
