We Tried Recreating Order 66 In Clone Wars Style

This animation served as a prominent test for many elements that will be utilised in the final two FO episodes.

After seeing live-acting order 66 again, this came out at a perfect time!

It sucks knowing Cody deep down probably felt so confused about what was going on.

Sure Cody was extremely obedient [to not struggle against the chip and show much emotion] but he didn’t hate Obi. We are talking about two soldiers who saved each other many times and grew closer. Great details.

I like the liberty you took in adding a different perspective, focusing on the clones. Just those few short seconds adds some emotion to it, exactly what the CW series did. Even though we know Cody didn't regret the shot, it makes you feel like all the other clones hesitate a moment to ask, "Did we just do that?"

Dude. Props. This looks dope as hell man. Love seeing Cody’s OG armor in TCW style and that extra detail of showing all the clones reacting to it is a Cherry on top. Hope to get to see more Order 66 from ya.

This is more emotional. Imagine watching Cody watch as Obi-Wan fall instead of Boga falling with Obi-Wan and that would have raised the stakes as no one who watched the three original movies would wonder if Kenobi died. We can convey Cody and the other 212th soldiers having a "What have I done" moment? Boga's cries in the distance could add onto this moment as it shows the loyal Clones descent from grace to the emotionless soldiers of the Empire.

that stare cody does that isnt in the movie was a great addition, added alot of depth to the scene, with his unwavering stance towards his actions.

That last look from Cody is actually really interesting cause you can almost interpret a hint of regret in his body language

It’s crazy to see how one extra moment on Cody’s reaction after shooting Obi-wan changes the mood of the scene and says a lot about not only Cody but gives that extra layer to order 66. The animated shows have done this moment in Star Wars lore justice and if anything further made it a greater tragedy in the end.

Holy shit I love how when Obi Wan was falling to the water, instead of being on him, you sat on the Clones and their reactions. That little head movement from Cody spoke a million words. Awesome!

Really good work. Huge respect for any creators who learn how to produce this kind of stuff. From my limited understanding of it, it takes a *lot of time and effort to do this, even more so to do it this well. Props.
