Hi seafood lovers! Today I am at the coast of the Netherlands. To be more specific at the coast of IJmuiden, the largest fishing port in the Netherlands! The hero of today is swordfish. This fish does not have a typical fish taste and has a firm structure. Make sure to buy sustainable swordfish, for example with the MSC certification.

Today I am making a quick meal, pan roasted swordfish with parsley sauce! The combination of the swordfish with the fresh parsley sauce is great and to complete the meal you can add potatoes or a green salad!

Summer weather? Swordfish is also great on the BBQ! I hope you like my recipe, please let me know what you think of it!

Dear Bart.
I really enjoy your videos! I think people eat too little fish, people have a lack of imagination when it comes be prepare fish. At the same time I think people are afraid of ruinning the meat when the cooking.
You do a great job helping people through the problems I just mentioned. 
Half of my family is dutch so your accent is bringing back childhood memories.

A bit of advice here: If you're filming someone on a beach, the length of the beach is a much more interesting shot, as can be seen at 2:36 It gives more depth to the shot, and allows some human elements to make the background more dynamic (such as boats, beach houses, or people walking along). Setting up this way also allows you to set up some protection from the wind, coming in from the water, without getting the "wind protection" in the shot.

Great recipe again, saw swordfish advertised at a holiday restaurant years ago and thought it was quite exotic, never got to try it though. Quite a comical video this one, thought you where going to show us some juggling. We have a table like that at home for wallpapering. See you were out early again with the beach to yourself. Don't suppose you had boil in the bag cod in parsley sauce like we did as kids, not as bad as they sound with mashed potatoes, but i think this recipe is probably a vast improvement, Thanks Bart.
