I think there is a very large thing you should have to make the video perfect.
The core idea with PoW is to avoid sybil attack because if it was easy to validate tx i could just have the program run a thousand time on my small computer and pretend 51% of the nodes agree with the bad tx I put in the block. With PoW it is hard to get that 51% majority (though possible using mining pools).
