Robert Scott Lazar (/ləˈzɑːr/; born January 26, 1959) is an American conspiracy theorist who claims to have been hired in the late 1980s to reverse-engineer extraterrestrial technology at what he described as a secret site called "S-4". Lazar alleges that this subsidiary installation is located several kilometres south of the United States Air Force facility popularly known as Area 51.
Lazar claims he examined an alien craft that ran on an antimatter reactor powered by element 115, which at the time had not yet been synthesized. He also claims to have read US government briefing documents that described alien involvement in human affairs over the past 10,000 years. Lazar's claims resulted in bringing added public attention to Area 51 and fueling conspiracy theories surrounding its classified activities.
Lazar has no evidence to support his core claim of alien technology. His story has been analyzed and rejected by skeptics and some ufologists. Universities from which he claims to hold degrees show no record of him, and supposed former workplaces have disavowed him. In 1990, he was convicted for his involvement in a prostitution ring and again in 2006 for selling illegal chemicals.

nah bro, i saw it back in 97, this wasnt an inflatable balloon. I saw it in Yuma, AZ and it was wider and NOT moving like a "floating" balloon. Nice try though.

Thanks for this. Yes, giant V-Balloon and military flair exercises. It’s frustrating and discrediting to the UFO study for so many CCs to portray this incident to be Alien. Being large and silent doesn’t necessarily constitute an unexplainable. The ‘5 Observable’ please. Great 3 minute show!

From JP Aerospace CEO himself.."Here I must tread a little delicately. We have built several airships and other vehicles for various DOD agencies. None of our programs were classified. However, after completion and delivery, our vehicles entered into programs of which I have no knowledge.

We were testing vehicles at the time of the Phoenix lights incident, however, I can absolutely say that JPA was not, nor [was] our equipment, involved."

Once a debunker, always a debunker. You can never go back !😅

This is a very interesting theory that I've never heard of before, a football studium sized balloon that's out of control is actually more terrifying than an alien ship with a pilot. If I saw something like that during the day I wouldn't know what I was looking at. But it raises a lot of logistical questions that would need to be cross referenced against what people saw to actually call this debunked, especially because the company in question said it wasn't theirs, they don't know what the government does with them, and the government has never admitted to any incidents with a prototype balloon so it's entirely speculation about something that hypothetically exists...

That was a great debunk! This thing looks such like a classic UAP type as well.

Anything is a balloon right? If it's v-shaped, then it's a v-shaped ballon, if it's round then it's a round balloon?

Great video. Great explanation. Good work. Thanks for finally debunking.

Secret balloon with the lights turned on? Makes complete sense. I also don't think it's aliens.

Well, giant inflatables would make total sense. Everyone who witnessed it said they were huge triangular shapes. I'm a sceptic first and foremost, so any rational, non-extraterrestrial explanation that fits is good. Though I'm still al little bit puzzled as to why they did it so close to a large urban centre, and without warning....?

I would say this is a fair assessment. I wouldn't rule out the possibility of UAP though. To say this is outright the reason for folks seeing a flying V in the sky would be confirmation bias.

Interesting explanation, but a balloon that large flying near (and possibly over) the Pheonix Skyharbor airport where commerical planes fly in and out of all the time and without notifying the airport makes no sense. It may not be aliens, but it certainly was no gigantic balloon either.

Yet you’re the only one w this info that’s talked about it. Really? Still not “debunked” my black cube. Cause you can’t right?

I wonder what the point of this test was meant to prove.

If its really that secret why would they put lights to it 😂

While this is possible, it doesn't explain the other sightings around the state on the same night. The one's we saw in Kingman, AZ were a cluster of 15-20 lights in no particular pattern. Best way I could describe the formation is an upside-down boot. Likely other government experiments but not a v-shaped balloon.

Thanks for bringing this to light! The founder of JP aerospace was on an episode of Black Files Declassified and he explained the military most likely took his designs. Of course the Mainstream UFO experts won't acknowledge this fact...

"The first person to report seeing the Phoenix lights did so at about 6:55 p.m. The man, whose identity remains unconfirmed, said that he saw a “V-shaped formation” in the skies near Henderson, Nevada.
Then at about 8:15 p.m., a former police officer in Paulden, Arizona, reported seeing “a cluster of orange lights.” He followed them through the sky with his binoculars until they disappeared. These were referred to by many as “fireballs.”
Two minutes later, other calls came in about a group of white and reddish orbs hovering above Prescott, Arizona. It was now clear that there were two distinct groups of UFOs in the sky: one a collection of individual orbs and the other a V-shaped craft." 🤷‍♂😂😂😂

So well done my friend. I really enjoy your approach and open mindedness as well as your ability to debunk and help us others understand.
