Sal is a genuinely nice person, that's why he gets all the socially awkward punishments that make him appear to be a jerk in front of a bunch of people. Like this one. Or the punishment where he had to sit at a book reading event with his ringtone on loud and the guys kept calling his phone. Or the punishment where he had to keep yelling out bingo. You can tell the producers I'm sure with the jokers input know the perfect punishments for each joker based off their personalities. Q hates to dance, he gets punishments where he has to dance. Murr gets the most physically degrading punishments, and Joe is just a beast so nothing will break him.
