Perfect tutorial, the one thing that should be noted is that you should push the sprocket into the styrofoam because the styrofoam is not cut out to accommodate the sprocket, and that the board fits perfectly into the groove or bevel of the sprocket.

Wish I watched the video before installing my flags...it would have taken less time. I came to look for a video because when I set my flag up in the down position (pops up on tension), half of the flag is already showing. I thought the entire thing should be behind the board. Was kind of happy to see that your flag is set up with the same amount of overhang because it meant I didn't do anything wrong. How would your lighted flags work? The light would be above the board at all times.

Thanks for the instructions, much better than those provided from the company. One issue though, for the life of me I can't get the adjustment arm to move. Any ideas?
