Second Job in DevOps?

Someone made an interesting comment on one of my videos and I just wanted to give them (you) a more official response. Getting a second job, or even a third, in DevOps is possible, but is it right?

50-60k (before tax) in EU is quite comfortable life to be fair, unless you live in one of those huge cities like London, Paris and etc. which isn't worth anymore, you can just work remotely from smaller city with better work/life balance, afford more. Not sure if all EU countries is the same, but atleast in my location there is literally zero push to come back to office, some companies would prefer to see you couple days per week but that isnt mandatory (complete opposite from what seems to happen in US).
Couple jobs to me seems very distant idea, americans seems to "enjoy" doing that very much.
