Reverse split is good. My broker's fee for buy/selling is $0.02 per share. So fewer shares means less cost for acquiring/dumping shares.

Earlier this year PKK (Tenet) did a rs to uplist to Nasdaq so from 1$ it RS to 6$, with the excitement of the up list it rose to 16$ the day before listing. In this case the rs was seen as positive momentum for the stock. Hold tight and add imo.

Companies typically split their stock to make it easier to trade options and will do a reverse split to avoid being delisted from an exchange.

Just as an FYI, TD Ameritrade charges a $38 Reorganization Fee for any reverse split, so anyone will a smaller holding, may want to sell off and buy back in after the reverse split to save some $$.

i would argue that the shares become more rare because less shares at a higher value and less liquidity as in the example of berkshire that decreases the amount of people who will buy it at that share price although the fundamentals and value didnt change

I think the timing is good moving voxtur to the nasdaq if possible while everyone is looking for great companies to invest in. If it takes a reverse spilt to get there I’m okay with that.

To focus on the absolute share price or share count is ridiculous.
