Handa-kun is so good lol, If I remember correctly his anxiety and this behavior started because his friend pranked him/lied to him when they were younger, and he started thinking everyone hated him. This is a recommended anime 10/10.

And if you like this go watch barakamon, Handa is a grown up in that one and its a very wholesome anime.

Another recommendation if you like wholesome sweet stories without romance involved- Poco's Udon world, its highly recommended, please watch it 10/10
