Basic context : The Carnitrix it's a fanfic created by a member of the Latin American fandom of the series. Basically, in that timeline, Azmuth hated all species except the Galvans. So, he creates an Omnitrix that transforms the user into different aliens but in their primary, *violnet versions. Later, Azmuth threw the Carnitrix on Earth, where Ben found it. Ben loses complete control of his body, but the sad part is that Ben remains conscious and can see and feel everything he does.

It’s funny how there’s two popular fan made omnitrix there’s the one that forcefully, painfully transforms you into a monster with no control over your body and you feel and see every horrible thing the watch forces you to do. And then there’s one that summons a harem of alien girls

According to what I’ve heard about the carnitrix it forces Ben to feel the transformation completely meaning he is feeling the pain of his body changing.

In the Carnitrix story the Carnitrix activates and forces Ben to transform when it detects a threat. First time that happened was when Gwen got too close to Ben. But since she isn't here she's either off screen or the Carnitrix is detecting the viewers of this video and seeing them as the threat, at the end with Carnitrix Heatblast it's like he's looking through the screen at the viewers themselves

Imagine his reaction when he saw how they made a live action of his AU.
Even if this video only lasts 1 minute, its surprising.
Just keep in mind, it's a fan creation. In Latin America it is being mentioned a lot (I don't know how it will be in other countries and continents), it was and still is a bit of a trend today, we can literally consider it one of the first memes/trends of the year in Latin America.
