Super short info on getting your HGS toll sticker in Turkey.

The vehicles with foreign licence plates must register to HGS before using the tollways and must have sufficient credit in the account for pass.

I have found out that you can buy the HGS on the entrance roads to turkey in the BP and Shell petrol station, they can also top up and tell you how much you have left but thus is only on the main roads, once you get past about 30km you have to go to post office to buy or top up.

Surprising that you were given a sticker. Last July I tried to get a replacement sticker for a new car and they said they don't give them anymore because it's all ANPR at the booths. Used it many times and it works fine, sticker is not needed as long as there's enough credit on the account.

Can i just get a ticket at the enter of the highway road and just pay manualy when i want to exit? I don't wana do any of this HGS accounts and stuffs I like the tradional way, is there problem to use the tradional way if my car is with diffrent country registration number?
