Swizz Beatz has revealed his son helped Kendrick Lamar overcome writer’s block.

The producer’s son, Egypt — whose mother is and Alicia Keys — was famously credited as a producer (along with his father) on Kendrick’s “untitled 07.” off his untitled unmastered. album when he was just five years old.

Inspiration can come from anyone, at anytime, anywhere. If you’re a creative you understand that you don’t always have control over what inspires you. Props to the kid. Coulda been gibberish or whatever but that interaction made an impact on kdot
