Should I create my listing 1st, then process the shipment?

Because I want the manufacturer to put the FNSKU on the item boxes. I also need the Amazon shipment label. So to get those I need to create a listing, even though I don't have the products in the FBA locker yet.

Hi, thank you for making this tutorial! When I try to make my listing, I get an error saying "Amazon must approve your brand before you can use it to list products. Brands should be registered through Brand Registry" Do i need to register my brand?
