Buy those sacrificial towers as early as possible and crowd them around the start of the track. "Number of pops" also counts towards paragon.

The easiest tower I think to reach you 100 is the dart monkey because if you have the monkey town that will generate one dart monkey every round and the top path for monkey village, that means you can get four free upgrades of which you can choose whichever upgrades you want and then if the radius gets too full, you can use the helicopter upgrade in order to move them and then all you need to do is use the paragon and you’ll get it
