Give it time and find yourself a group that enjoys and likes to play all the different roles. All games have a problem like this. It gets better when you find people to play with I personally am playing tank almost constantly if I wanna try a DPS I jump into a quick play if I’m playing competitive I’m playing tank or Loki/Jeff or starting to pick up Luna on heals and I’m honestly loving playing those roles. I don’t make enough of an impact when I play DPS for it to feel good.

It's the tf2 method, you are just as effective alone, should team ups are beneficial but nothing beats the feeling of one man arming it
