0:38 the small blond lady gets the grenade launcher on her M4 rifle while Mackie gets now iron sights on his, then 0:44 she's without the GL with her M4 and Mackie gets iron sights back on his M4. The inconsistencies are too obvious, just sayin.

The classic "didn't bother to hire a guy to remind someone to put functional sights on the rifles" is the biggest red flag for generic meh in the world of action movies.
