Based on experience, what is the lightest wind to foil using the 11m Contra 1 Strut (for an average weight rider)? And how does this compare with the 13m Contra 3 Strut?

I learned to Foil with a Airush ultra 15m but it’s broken after 200 days of use. Now my biggest kite is the Moto 12. And I use it in light wind for foiling with 7 meter line extensions. It works from 7 to 11 knotes but 12 up I overpowered foiling but still can’t ride on Twintip. So I look for a kite that I can use for Twintip if overpowered for Foil. But 11 meter contra can’t be? I think I need a 13 or 14 but they are 3 strut and not fly in 5-6 knotes for foiling. Why they don’t make a 13 single strut?
