Climate Ambition Summit - September 2023

At the Climate Ambition Summit, PISFCC Campaign Director Vishal Prasad delivered an address urging ambition through the #ICJAO4Climate at the closing plenary.

“This request is about putting human rights at the centre of climate change action and responses, it is about putting integrity and accountability back into our systems, and most importantly about ratcheting our collective ambition for a safer and more secure future. We call on all UN member states to participate in making submissions to the ICJ understanding that a strong legal clarity from the court can truly advance the pursuit of climate justice for all particularly on ambition, action and accountability.” - Vishal Prasad at the UN Climate Ambitions Summit.
