What is OPSEC? Experts Answer!

What is OPSEC - short for Operational Security - all about and what does it have to do with cyber security and privacy? Although the term originated in the military, OPSEC is now used by average consumers when it comes to home safety, travelling, computer and phone security, plus much more.

In short, the OPSEC process is:
1. Identify the information you need to protect
2. Analyze the threats
3. Analyze your vulnerabilities
4. Assess the risk
5. Apply countermeasures

I just want to point out that the music in your video is too loud and you can barely be heard. I know this is an old video but if you still make videos maybe this tip can help you with future videos. A lot of people have auditory processing disorder, about 3/5 people that have it dont know it's an actual disorder.

It makes it incredibly difficult to decifer a certain sound when there is background noise or more than one source of noise. It's not as bad if the background music is at a low volume though.. I just figured I would share this info since most people dont know about it, and I honestly couldnt hear what you were saying. Also a little side note, I normally just use sub titles but depending on the site and the company that does the captions, the captions can be completely off and make no sense.
