This is the last lecture of the CPC series and we have dealt with the topics of transfer, caveat, restitution, inherent powers of court and the left over topic of cross claims and cross decrees under execution. I have included a surprise segment where I have shown an example of how to use these notes for answer writing and I hope it helps you in your preparation.
I have also uploaded the notes which I have used for the lecture, the link is above.
I hope you could understand the content clearly and there is no disturbance caused because of background noise. Other than that, i do hope the lecture is up to the mark in terms of content and there are no audio issues.
