Ingredients:
- 1 peach (3/4 cup peach puree)
- 2 tbsps. honey
- 2 tbsps. lemon
- 2 packets of gelatine
- A tsp of Hershey’s strawberry syrup
- Sugar (white sugar/granulated sugar)

Method:

1) Chop up a peach and put it into a blender.

2) pour the liquid into a strainer (with a cup/bowl under it) and wait until it’s come out a nice clear orange.

3) Put your peach puree (the blended peach) into a pan with 2tbsps of honey. Stir on the stove until a slight boil.

4) In a separate bowl mix together 2 tbsps. of honey and 2 packets of gelatine.

5) Put it into the pan and stir it around until combined. (make sure to take it off of the stove before doing this)

6) Pour into 2 separate bowls and add the Hershey’s strawberry syrup into one bowl. Stir until combined

7) OPTIONAL: put the 2 different colours into 2 different syringes. Otherwise carefully pour one half of each colour into the small donut Mold.

8) place into the fridge until its set.

9) on a plate or small bowl fill it with some white/granulated sugar. Cover the gummies in the sugar! Each straight away, serve or save it for later!

10) Enjoy!

Fun tip: by adding a little citric acid in the sugar, you can make them sour

These have an uncomfortably chewy and rubbery texture if you only use gelatin. You also need corn, maple or golden syrup to get that classic gummy flavor.
