I've been working in a Corrugated Factory for 7 years now and counting as a Product Development and watching this still amaze me although the machine used here is not that advance but to think that there is a lot of corrugated factory in South Korea, it makes me think and want to work there. Such a nice country.

I deliver the giant paper rolls to a bunch of cardboard box plants in California, and I love getting to watch the machinery doing this! I never have the time to ask for permission to film it though lol

Some of the plants I go to are old with a lot of manual equipment like this one had, and others are basically entirely automated with robots stacking the rolls of paper into the warehouse shelves and retrieving them later as needed, and then the piles of sheets or finished boxes moving on automated roller conveyor systems to the warehouse, with switches that send different products different directions based on the bar code label.

All fun stuff to watch!

I would enjoy working in the maintenance department at one of these plants, but it's just too noisy! I like to be able to hear myself think lol

We have the same Sam Hyun machine made in Korea. It's a rugged and heavy duty machine. We bought it second hand. It was used for 10 years before and we have been using it for the last 12 years. I would like to get connected with the people using the machine made by the same manufacturer. I understood that the machine manufacturer is no longer making this machine.

But I get what you meant. The actual gluing is automatic. :)
