Welcome to another exciting day on our farm! In this episode, we're taking you through the process of shearing our primeline ewes, marking the lambs, backlining the ewes, and returning them to their paddock.

Our day kicks off with shearing, a vital part of sheep management. While the shearers shear, we must bring the next lot of ewes up to the sheds. The ewes, ever watchful over their lambs, take their time checking on them along the way. Join us as we patiently guide the flock down the road, ensuring every ewe and lamb makes the journey safely.

After shorn, it's time for the next set of tasks. We mark the lambs, a critical step in keeping track of our flock's growth and development. Simultaneously, we backline the ewes, providing them with essential treatments to safeguard their health and well-being.

With the marking and backlining complete, we load the primeline ewes onto the truck and return them to their paddock.

Join us for this eventful day on the farm, filled with shearing, flock management, and the intricate processes that keep our farm running smoothly. Don't forget to hit that like button, leave a comment, and subscribe to our channel for more farm vlogs and insights into our agricultural lifestyle.

Please, please never ever stop making videos. You're hilarious, and as a guy in the US that will never do any of this, and couldn't even do 1/4th of the work you do, I find everything you do fascinating! It watched one short, and I automatically subbed. Keep at it!

My nephew who is usually a reasonably sane Junior Doctor in a Hospital has a few days off and is visiting us. He has spent the afternoon binge watching his favourite Youtube videos. Tom Pemberton the Dairy farmer and Tara Bellerose are his favourites. Tara takes the laurels because he reckons that Typo would be handy to round up the malingerers who hang around the emergency admissions. I reckon he's just missing the times on his dads farm (Beef) - you can take the boy out of the country but not the country out of the boy (or Girl). Tara's can do attitude and resilience are the best. Top channel.

Is Slug a nickname or does she have two names? Like one to indicate it’s time to work and another for playtime? Love your humor!

Could you add a little yellow food coloring to the blue-dip next time so they are colored like turtles (maybe give a few blue/red/yellow/purple bandanas so we get Ninja Turtles?)

Just discovered this absolutely funny, interesting did I say funny, true sheep vlog. Been smiling the hole vid. I am re starting a family sheep farm after 15 years. Went to Scotland to learn some, will not go to Australia because I could not last in a 20 hour flight nor where you need a shotgun to kill spiders, but learning. Keep it up you have a life time sub.

Me and my siblings are just one generation out from a family of sheep farmers. Here in the US native Americans in New Mexico raise sheep too! It’s interesting to see how it’s done in Australia. Keep up the good work. It’s also hilarious when aussies say f*** 😂
