This was done a while back as well. The company went bankrupt. What people forget is a billionaire will put 200 mil in. But still have over 2 bil in liquid capital as a safety

Isn't that just the same as a real estate fond? Other Question: I often hear that investing in real estate fonds is how you get into the real estate game. But is that true? Investing in such a fonds doesn't need any skills needed in real estate. How do banks rate those fonds?

You can also just go out and find a good investment and if you have above a 680 credit score and a good business plan its not that hard to find hardcash loans, good way to start if you find a genuinely good investment, if not go become a property manager learn the industry while living as cheaply as possible once you have experience dealing with tenants and property management in general and 40-100k go and leverage your money to buy small commercial properties, a bank will be HAPPY to loan to you
