Melting Chocolate Cake - Σοκολατόπιτα - Recipe

A really Fast and Easy way to make a delicious Melting chocolate cake like a "Death by Chocolate" souffle !

The whole procedure (including baking) takes only about 20 minutes !

Ingredients & Quantities:

250gr or 0.55 lb crushed dark chocolate
200gr or 0.7oz sugar
5 whole eggs
250gr or 0.55lb butter
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 pinch salt

Bake and let it chill a bit to get more solid.
