I worked customer service jobs at the start of my career in the mid 2000s, then sales in the 2010's and just last August 2022 I entered the L&D space with no formal experience other than having trained junior colleagues along the way. I'm fortunate to have a great supporting team but I've felt like I'm being carried and I need to stand on my own. The little bit of content I've watched from you is helping me so much already understanding how the L&D machine works! I'm feeling more empowered and ready to start applying your wisdom to make impact and show that I'm deserving of this role. Thank you for your channel and content, I'll definitely sign up for the actual academy, but keep these videos coming!

Great video! I'm an expierenced trainer, for most of my carreer I have been very successful in delivering training for customer service, soft skills & perfomance coaching contexts In the offshore BPO & IT space. I recently got hired as an L&D trainer for an industrial company, where I will be responsible for the development of an entire divison, which I asume will entail a diverse range of training needs from entry level factory workers to corporate leadership. I was feeling a little overwhelemed after a recent meeting. Your quick pointers have given me a jolt of confidence, and has got me back in the right headspace to consider jumping off points. Thank you!

Another great video resource! I need to start setting up better feedback mechanisms to better understand how my organizations training programs are working. It’s tough to measure the success of a training program or webinar purely from audience response, since that misses the objective indicators of whether they’ve been able to implement the skills taught in our webinars…
