My mother worked as a receptionist here in the 1960's as her summer job when she was a student. She often tells stories of the famous guests who stayed there, She particularly remembers Gene Kelly, who danced a few steps with her in the Lobby as he was checking in. She still gets a dreamy look when she recalls that moment.

I used to visit Sveti Stefan a long time ago together with my family. Remember all the fun we used to have on the beach as kids. Makes me kind of sad that it turned out to a complex for the wealthy only. Will never forget those vacations to Dubrovnik and Sveti Stefan we used to make. Thank you for the video. Montenegro and Croatia are so underrated for holidays. They have some of the clearest waters, most beautiful beaches and bays and excellent cuisine. Truly beautiful. My favorite Hotel group is Belmond, but I do not suffer in an Aman : )
