McGregor's body language says it all, Aldo mocked him ONE time and he gets flustered and tries to kick him. It was a done deal once that happened. It took McGregor months to "get into Aldo's head" but not one time did Aldo react in violence. It only took Aldo a few seconds to get Conor flustered to the point where he tries to hit him. So much for a guy who practices yoga and "flow", he isn't even mentally prepared. Aldo is healthy and McGregor looks like trash. I guarantee he gets exhausted by the second round. That's why he keeps calling for a first round finish because he knows he won't make it past the third round. Aldo by submission. AND STILL.

Wow. Play 0:21 - 0:24 at the slowest motion and you will see absolute fear in Jose's eyes. He actually starts backing up and hiding behind Dana when Conor throws the feint kick.

Realize that IDO Portal's drills help Conor diversify his foot movement and create a pattern that is different from the rest of the fighters. TIGERS hunt deer, and they are used to their movement; the way the deer reacts to specify attacks by the tiger, but you will notice that as soon as a cat or even a dog is put in front of the tiger, it gets confused, but not necessarily scared. The tiger doesn't know what to do and resists attacking.
Ido is helping conor do the same. He is changing his movement and reaction times to confuse Aldo.
