How to fix Word Error Normal.Dot 'Word cannot save or create this file'

Great video. I followed along as best I could (totally computer illiterate!) but the word Templates already had a yellow box (not white) and was last modified at 2:44AM on 4/5/21 which was when all my problems began! Started with a McAfee scan and went rapidly downhill from there. So now what do I do? Any suggestions, thoughts, observations? I am desperate!!
