HMS Glorious - An oversized light cruiser | War Thunder Naval

HMS Glorious is going to be a very gimmick based ship, though it can turn out to be really fun to play. I think this is quite a nice although weird addition to War Thunder naval

Fun fact they originally converted Glorious into a partial aircraft carrier but kept one of her 15inch turrets

Nice video, good ambience keep it up man, also when a poor Akizuki 4.7 gets uptiered gets a 15´´ shell to the ammo gaijin will get more br to decompress

she is more like a supercruiser, which is between a heavy cruiser and a battlecruiser, a battlecruiser is a stripped down battleship while a supercruiser is a hyped up Heavy cruiser, some Heavy cruisers have bad armor.

a are mostly classed due to the guns they carry, but also their speed, armor i believe isn't really taken into account that well, some heavy cruisers are less armoured then some Light cruisers, take the Pensacola class heavy cruiser, it has very bad armor, but is classed as a heavy cruiser due to the guns she carries

Yeah calling it an outrageous sized light cruiser is extremely accurate because the glorious when built was classified and designed to be a large light cruiser legally because at the time they where built there was a restriction on building any bigger then a light cruiser.

It was an interesting fact that i thought would be interesting to point out.
