Hi is there a way to sort of code the guidelines? I've got a reverse camera installed but since it is sitting on the right side, I am having to reposition the car more on the right. I would love for it to be accurate, like in the middle of the lines. Thanks ☺️

My camera has red and green blown exposures. Might replace as well, even when you turn off the red and green aid lines.

‘16 528i with camera that turns on periodically only. Sometimes will turn on after putting car in reverse several times. Faulty camera? is it necessary to remove the trunk liner to replace camera since it pops out, or just makes it easier? Thanks!

I liked it. In my case the camera had fallen off ( in the cavity ) with all connections being intact. I plan to use a quality glue to reposition the camera and used glue to fix in place. I do not see any brown tabs to think I need to take care of that.
Better idea?

My main camera issue is the white car and bled out dark camera at night. Generally have been shutting off headlights in order to see camera in reverse. I assumed it was the backup lights causing the image to be bled out but maybe it could be reflection off the white bumper

How do you get the camera image full screen, without PDC???? I don't like the split screen or the PDC "beeping". Every time I turn off the PDC using the button on the center console, the backup camera turns off at the same time.

Thanks bro for this video, a friend of mine installed head unit with camera on his BMW e90 everything worked well for the first year no issues, this year the camera works sometimes say no signal.

Hello, I have a 2015 BMW 435i grand coupe. My backup camera works fine everytime and the image is crystal clear, but Everytime I shift into reverse and the camera comes on I get an error message that says "back up camera malfunction." I'm not seeing any malfunction so this is pretty confusing. I've googled a few things but couldn't resolve this. It's only a mild annoyance because it still works, but I'd still like to fix this. Any ideas on fixing this would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 2014 335i, compared to a newer Honda that I have the picture looks pixelated to me. Will changing for a 2017 help with that or am I at mercy to the I drive resolution? I have the Tech package

My rear camera worked perfectly fine for 2 years. Since 2023 sometimes the camera shows “no signal” and sometimes it works. Unfortunately now the camera doesn’t work at all. I need to check up all the connections…

A question for you:
I have a 328i 2013. I recently replaced the head unit due to the original was broken. The part was from eBay but really brought back the iDrive. However I just drove today first time and noticed the reverse camera is not shown. This camera was factory installed and it worked well even when the iDrive was down. My question to you is: do you think I am now losing the camera is due to my installation of the replacement head unit (eg connection loosing) or the replaced head unit needs coded? Thank you.
