Thank you for the training video. I really would appreciate more videos like this, hitting walls in my own life. I believe when things like this happen, putting new things in and stopping some things for a while is best.

Even your stretching routine - I noticed the stall bars, anything and everything you train.
I'm looking into strong man training for areas I struggle with.
My shoulders and back,
My last tournament I was beat in a shoulder press, but my shoulder and outer bicep ended up getting so sore.
Many weaknesses I need to get through right now

My biggest problem is my shoulders. Biceps can handle big weight but shoulders can not. The exercises in the beginning are what I need to start doing again. Thnks for the reminder Lol

Thank you for this kind of content. Learning what exercises to do and why is still a bit chaotic in the AW community, so many different variations and opinions. At least you bring credibility and explanations !

Hey Ray, would you be doing the toproll workout and hook workout once a week (toproll Wednesday, hook Saturday/sunday) and then general strength training during the week?

One genuine question; Would it not be best to train the external rotators last in the workout? Given that this muscle works to stabilize the joint, and fatiguing it before hand could possibly make it less able to do so. It will be activated isometrically during the workout, but going through full ROM active contractions as a warm up might lessen this crucial ability. If one work to strengthen the external rotators one would use heavy weights and progressive overload, so in my head it makes more sense doing it as a finisher.

I like that table set up with the cable machine shown at 3:53. Where can I get one like that?

Awesome video. What is your shoulder injury? Been struggling with mine too. Really hard to bench and internal rotation/side pressure is really painful. Been trying to rehab but still struggling. Good luck at EvW14!
