My job is from 9 to 5:30, As i don't after 6 p.m, my eating window is from 7 a.m to 2 p.m which covers everything with fruits, nuts, millets, dal and curd.

Guruji, first time hearing about Monotrophic diet.. really, planning what to make n have everyday kills me.. sometimes I skip meals or order something just because I couldn’t make up my mind.. but now that this is a thing, I shall try it out..thanks 🙏❤️

I understand that having the same food everyday, could help control the amount and calories you consume. But I think, variety is essential for gut health! If you want a healthy gut, you should be counting the number of vegetables or plants you consume, rather than calories.. right??
