Join me on this scenic drive through New York City as we travel from Canal Street to Queens through Tribeca and Chinatown. There was a lot of traffic for the Holland Tunnel on Canal Street, and were fortunate enough to get around it on our way to Chinatown and over the Manhattan Bridge.

Your dad is such a pro, and he did a fabulous job with reversing in the traffic in order to change lanes. 👍 I'm glad you both got out of that traffic to the Holland Tunnel and still made it through Chinatown. The views were spectacular at the Manhattan Bridge and Kosciuszko Bridge. 😍 Thank you for sharing this drive with your dad, AK! 🤗

Stopping on a yellow light in Manhattan is very smart driving.

Nice Actionkid. This reminds me of me Fast 8 where Dom’s crew traveling along the FDR passing under Manhattan Bridge. Dom stopped somewhere near FDR and Manhattan Bridge in Fast 8 movie. I’m not too sure where.

Your dad was very polite and let a couple of people in front of him but then the woman in the white SUV cut in. (I know the type they take what they want no matter what) but I didn't mind the wait. It actually gave me time to look around and spot a flora arbor on top of one of the buildings. Something that wouldn't have been seen if we had whizzed on by. It was nice. I didn't even hear the rattle until you guys mentioned it:-) I'm surprised they're building a new skyscraper jail since NYC is so soft on crime. I have to ask what for? They usually release criminals, don't they? I enjoyed driving through Chinatown. The "open your mouth" dental story was funny. It would have been even funnier if I didn't have to see the dentist at 8am Monday morning. lol Your dad is a real NYC driving pro, tell him and thanks. He could use a mic though at times. The smog looked pretty bad going toward Queens, not sure if it's unusual or the norm. Yes, please take us to Howard Beach next time:-) Funny about the "stink" donuts. The last time I heard that expression was in NYC coming from a 90 year old lady. The "stink" word must be a NYC thing for expressing extreme dislike. lol
