Climate Report: 'This is a massive wake up call'

The UN climate report concluded that even in the most optimistic scenario, temperatures are due to rise 1.5C above pre-industrial levels within the next two decades.

Christiana Figueres, former Executive Secretary of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, says industrialised countries need to take 'responsibility.'

Sky's Mark Austin spoke with Ms. Figueres and asked her if she felt optimistic about the report and the future.
