Annie is mentioned in Catching Fire but doesn't actually make an appearance until Mockingjay. She will probably be in the Mockingjay film but for now she's probably seen as an extra as she is volunteered for by Mags.

I have read the book and i know that the 75 HG is the Third Quarter Quell and the special twist is that past voctors will be the tributes. And yes, i know some of thwm are old

its the third quarter quell, they add a twist. One male and female victor from each district must enter the arena again and fight to the death.

It's been awhile, I finished the series before the first movie came out, but I could've sworn he said that in the second book when he met Katniss for the first time, at the Tribute Parade, when his designers had him in the net getup, so that would be the second book

The woman they picked for Mags is just how i imagined her to look based on the on set photos. i just wish they would make it a few parts movies because there is no way to fit that into a hour or two >

Have you not seen the new trailer? "This year's tributes will be reaped from the existing pool of victors." It's the Quarter Quell which only takes part every 25 years and which always has special rules. This year in an attempt to squash the rebellion they make previous victors take part to show no one is safe.

For people saying that the actors don't look like how they imagined, just remember that these are only head shot pictures. Their appearances for the movie will probably be changed to fit the characters better like how Josh and Sam had their hair dyed..
