STARZ is using Museo Sans as their on-air font but it was overused in many companies. They need to create their own typeface which is inspired from the current STARZ logo.

I honestly wished they went back and kept the 2008-2016 logo design, it honestly looked better, and the logos were very well animated.

For my personal opinion, this logo may look professional, but I don’t like it because it is way too bland and something isn’t right about it. I think there’s something missing in this particular logo. Can you guess what it is?



Exactly! This logo is missing a star. ⭐️

If you look at all their previous logos, they all use a star, including the 2008 one where it has a star in between the A and the R, which was one of those different ways of how it represents Starz. 

this logo looks like it was made with a somewhat video editor in five minutes. Looks a little too simple. Seriously, how did this get approved by the boss.

Couldn’t they just add a star right next to the “STARZ” text? That could’ve at least made this logo much better, and became a decent representation of the company’s name.

I maybe the odd one out, but I actually like the original 2016 Starz logo. Yes, the black background, and the white text is very uninspired and bland to look at; however, I actually really like the dramatic piano cue and the animation though basic is quite effective as the music does fit with the flash effects. When it comes to the variants, that is where I will agree with most people, it looks very copy & paste as it looks very cheap and tacky. Since when does a dramatic yet drab logo that is black and white like this fit in with "Starz Kids & Family"? The answer: it doesn't as some of the text should had at least a variety of colors and make the background a bit colorful like how HBO has done with the HBO family logos. From a design standpoint, the 2016 Starz logo is really bad, but personally, I like it.
