I was told by a friend that while selenite is used to cleanse crystals, it does not actually charge them. In fact, leaving crystals on selenite slabs "disables" them to do their purpose. I was advised to use selenite to cleanse crystals and then use clear quartz or pink opal to charge them.

With your specific knowledge on to hold the crystal in the left hand of your palm to specifically feel and/or receive the energy from the stone. Is it also intern such a thing because I have experienced it being able to receive the vibration from the left hand button, healing energy from the stone, threw me to the other person or my own self crystal healing. Is that such a thing energy healing? Is that also such a thing when I wave my palm and my fingers over parts of my body it feels slightly different, but always like a pull. Like it’s pulling out all of that negativity and exchange for love and light being filled, and I really truly do feel that overwhelming joy and happiness all over again and all of the negative goes away.
