That’s funny, because I’m a Jewish convert to the Catholic Faith, and the EASIEST “obstacle” for me to overcome, (after my instant realization that Jesus is REAL and He’s ALIVE and He has all the POWER and all the LOVE!), was the authority of the Church. This was because, first of all, Jesus led me to the Catholic Church, and second, because I started reading the Gospels and I came across that passage where Jesus gave Peter the KEYS to the KINGDOM, and, by the grace of God, I got it immediately. I entered the Church in 1991, and I’ve never doubted what Jesus intended by giving Peter the Keys.

Thanks for a great video!

We know a young man in a seminary in Denver. When we went to visit him recently, I had about 6 future priests to chat with for a while. Unanimously, they all agree that soon there will be allot of retirements and they can't wait to bring the Church back to where it should be. Good things are coming - prayers are being answered!

The first Mass I went to was a regular Novus Ordo with zero Latin on a Wednesday night in a small rural town. The amount of Scripture used and how it was used in the liturgy amazed me and played a part in my conversion. Being an internet dweller, I soon found all the wrong folks telling me about the superiority of "traditional" Latin Mass. For years I romanticized the idea of attending the "TLM." Eventually, I had to opportunity to go to an FSSP Mass on a work trip. All I could think about was "no wonder people were led astray" by the Protestant revolution. I may have judged harshly at the time, but I can imagine that if the only thing the average person in the 1500s understood every Sunday was the homily, if there was one, it wouldn't have been difficult for some loudmouthed heretics to draw people away from the Church.

Also I had no clue the Church has grown that much since Vatican II. All I've heard was from the Trads about how fewer priestly and religion vocations we have in America since then and how we are a Church in crisis.

Sts. John XXIII, Paul VI, and John Paul II pray for us. Long live Pope Francis.

Remember the pendulum swings—after some wild moments, now it’s time for a more reasonable standpoint.

Thank God for Pope Francis leading our church and thank God for Trump leading our country!
