The Best Santoku Knife: Shun Premier 7-inch Santoku Review

Santoku knives are originally from Japan. The Shun Premier is my favorite model, I've been using it for a couple of years now and it's really good.
I use this knife mainly for:
- cutting vegetables
- cutting meat, fish

All in all, it's very versatile and it can be used for just about anything.
Besides being really good, it's also beautiful. The shun pakkawood handle is really comfortable too, and the knife is well balanced and easy to sharpen and maintain on stones.

Calls it a 7 inch knife, but it says 5 1/2 on the blade. It's cool, man. You aren't the first dude to call five and a have inches seven.
