About the statistics that u mentioned, Alireza faced Magnus and Fabi when he was literally a teenager and completely inexperienced and hence had a bad result against them in total .. but if u check their very recent encounters, it is to some extent balanced .. but with Ding he started to play him when he reached his maturity in chess and getting good results

To be fair to Ding, pretty much everyone has beaten him during this disheartening slump he’s found himself in. The old Ding before the WCC match with Nepo was so good Magnus said in an interview where he was asked who the most difficult player to face was that for him it was Ding. That was the Magnus of 2019-2020, the time Magnus thinks was his best.
