I built one with a old bike. Only problem I had was the front wheel pulling off to the side or not catching grip. I see yours is doing the same thing even though it's made a lot better than mines

Dude i realize this video is old but i just bought one from a dude who bought it for his kid but it was way to gnarly for him. So now i have it but the front end needs a lil more weight to turn better. Any suggestions what i can do to make it better? Thanks
