It's funny that some people think that the Korean Zombie had no business sharing the cage with Max, despite the fact that the Korean Zombie rocked Max pretty badly, something that Volk never really did in three fights. Even in their last fight, while it was obvious that Volk was winning every round and every exchange, it never really looked like Max was close to being KO'd, but against Korean Zombie, he came pretty close.

I remember my thoughts. When he dropped him I got scared for Max that he didn't capitalize. I was terrified that I would see him lose after he tried for the walk off. Zombie will always be a bad ass. Best walkout I've seen. Brought me to tears.

When I saw Max celebrate like that I was like oh damn he really believed this fight could’ve gone any other way. If you didn’t think your opponent was a threat you don’t celebrate like that when you put them down.

I love the fight and hats off to Jung Chan-sung. It should have ended in the first round. Personally I actually believe Max made at least one mistake. There's a reason why Jung's called The Zombie. But Max forgot rule#2 when fighting a zombie, DOUBLETAP!

I think part of Max wished it would've ended when he got the first KD because he was nice enough not to follow up but that ended up giving Zombie a second chance and causing that brutal faceplant.
