I've both the courses.
Angela's course is outdated and you'll experience it a lot. Though her course consists React.
Both are good in explaining.
Colt's course has deep CSS and JS.

I'll say go with Colt's

I am currently studying with colt steele course and he has added REACT JS course of 10 hours and working on many new updates.
I would say colt course is very updated to newly tech. And has a great humour while teaching. Now he has having the best web dev course (cause he always updating it )

Colt Steele bhi 9.51 hours ka react content upload kardiya hai. Isme ek project bhi hai. Yeh video do sal purana hai to video bhi outdated hai. Khud jake dekho colt steele aur angela yu kya offer kar raha hai.
