“Her mom said the color was too dark on her” what did she expect? Pure white like a damn wedding?

Edit: 2 things I’d like to clarify since most of the replies are arguing against my point.
1. From what I understood, the dress was a light color according to the background (which was white), not according to the person wearing it in the video.
2. I know that color theory exists and that other people suit specific colors more than others, but this was about how ‘dark’ the dress was. Not about the color. It wouldve made more sense for the mother to say that if the dress was darker (and by more sense, I don’t mean it’s right to say that in any kind of way)
