I used the Ghosh test for paper 1 didn’t realise it had been updated, Ghosh was the only thing I was taught

just seen that caparo test is no longer used for duty of care when that is literally the only thing my teacher taught us, apparently its the "robinson" case to establish duty of care now, could you send the structure for it please?

will psychiatric injury be on the exam alongside negligence even though it is not on the advanced info?

If I write occupiers liability act 1957 for defendant 1 and 1984 for defendant 2 but it was meant to be the opposite (1984 for defendant 1)would it effect my grades or would examiners just care about the structure and knowledge?

Hi I’m so sorry to have kept asking but you didn’t pick it up in the stream so I’ll put it here:
I forgot to say if D was guilty and maximum sentence though I applied all AR +MR and said this is proven or not and covered all ICGS just forgot the final sentence saying as all elements are proven D is guilty of XYZ WITH A MAXIMUM SENTENCE OF….and used lots of cases will this impact my marks greatly it’s really bugging me

Hi there. Eduqas Law Paper 2 doesn't have an advanced information where every other exam board has. It's unfair. How are we supposed to know which topics are going to come on the exam?
